Digital Product Shipping
If you already purchased your files and haven't downloaded them, we remind you that a purchase receipt was sent to your email. It includes a download button, which provides the link to automatically download the PDF. If you have trouble finding and downloading the files, we will send the digital files (PDF and SVG) to your email. Shipping is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so please be patient while we help you.
Physical Shipping
If you purchased a physical item (wheels, accessories, building toys), shipping will be done within 24 to 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times depend primarily on the country where you purchased your item, so they can take between 20 and 45 calendar days. However, customs clearance and other processes may delay delivery, often depending on postal demand and logistics. Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can get more information.

In addition to the tools listed, you will need other tools for dimensioning the wood (table saw and edge plane), drilling the wood (bench drill or hammer drill), polishing the wood (various types of sanders and hand sanding), and applying finishes (paintbrushes, drill bits, airbrush, or paint sprayer). For finishes, we recommend using NON-TOXIC materials to maintain a healthier world (Non-Toxic Water-Based Paint, Non-Toxic Water-Based Varnish, and Food-Grade Waxes or Oils (Beeswax or Natural Oils).
