SAFETY AND NON-TOXIC FINISHES: Recommendation for finishes on wooden toys.
To give a non-toxic, play-safe finish, we recommend using natural oils and food-grade waxes (for example, beeswax). This product should be applied regularly (once or twice a month) to preserve the wood's tones. To paint toys, we recommend using non-toxic paint. To achieve a better color and finish, we recommend adding a white base coat before any other color and sanding between coats.
